SNAPPI RF™ Manufacturing is a collection of real-time application sub-systems designed to support manufacturing operations within the manufacturing industry at-large.  

SNAPPI RF™ Manufacturing provides up-to-the-minute awareness of the status of manufacturing activities, along with a business view of the environment that establishes new precedents for manufacturing automation.

As with SNAPPI RF™ Automotive (customized for the automotive industry), the SNAPPI RF™ Manufacturing product suite embodies all of the following functions:

All SNAPPI RF™ Manufacturing functions are transaction-based to provide on-line, real-time, 24 X 7 processing and information access.  

The information acquired through SNAPPI RF™ Manufacturing can be used to populate the data repositories housed within the corporate MRP/ERP and Customer EDI applications, thereby enhancing the use of those applications and eliminating redundant data capture and processing.

The SNAPPI RF™ Manufacturing information models enable real-time observation of manufacturing productivity and inventory.  The historical data repository exceeds International Standards Organization (ISO) regulations and requirements.

SNAPPI RF™ Manufacturing is device and operating system independent and provides a true client-server architecture.  As a result, SNAPPI RF™ Manufacturing will run on any data collection (bar code scanning) device including those of such hardware vendors as Intermec and Symbol and more.  Client-side operating systems currently supported include DOS, Windows 3.x, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows CE and Windows ME communicating across 2.4 GHz or 900 MHz radio frequency (RF) networks or physically connected to any network infrastructure.

SNAPPI RF™ Manufacturing provides seamless access to all of the information required to manage in-plant operations.

All SNAPPI RF™ products are completely web- enabled.
